Do I even need to say anything more! Honestly! I hate these
SOB's! So freaking creepy! This is a bark scorpion, in case you didn't know. They are poisonous and they are the only (as far as I have been told) scorpions that can crawl up walls, etc.
My husband found it today in this glue trap in our garage.
Last summer when I was putting my youngest in her car seat in the garage, I saw one crawling on the garage floor. Guess what I did? What any other sane person who hates these @?*! things! I got in my SUV, pulled back onto the driveway and lined up the tires as well as I could from the view I had of it and ran his little creepy a** over! Happy Ending.
My husband thought it would be a good idea to get it out of the glue box (it was alive) and put it in a container to show our family who will be visiting in less than 2 weeks! WTF!?! Are you freaking kidding me??? I made sure he smashed the heck out of that thing and got rid of it.
Another happy ending.
(sorry for the 'language' but I seriously get so upset whenever I see these things!)
Summer in the Southwest.

ReplyDeleteI guess that I've never seen a scorpio live; if I saw it in the zoo, I can't remember.
In portuguese we say escorpião and one can also say lacrau, which is a popular version.
